In the past, and due to travel restraints, Brooks has been limited to 40 in-person events a year. However, with the convenience of broadcasting from his studio, he is booking 100 events this year!

When you schedule a live stream assembly, you will be given a unique event page that will include everything you need for a successful event.

You will send out this simple link to your participating staff who will be able to download promotional materials and see a preview of the event.

This page will include:

• Date & Time of the event
• Promotional Downloads
  
• Preview video to know what to expect
• Link to access follow-up materials and lesson plans

On the day of the event, teachers will simply go to the event page and push PLAY. They can project or display the video feed on their smartboard or TV.

Students will watch the assembly from their seats and participate using their devices.

The event is simple and easy to facilitate for schools of any size.

Brooks has been speaking to K-12 schools for 25 years. He adapts his message to all ages accordingly. We recommend separate presentations for Elementary (2nd - 5th), Middle (6th - 8th), and High Schools (9th - 12th) to ensure that the message is age-appropriate.
